Academic Mentorship Program
Helping others achieving their potential
Academic Mentorship Program

The mission of the Academic Mentorship Program is to increase academic engagement, involvement in the university, and friendly spirit while assisting  freshmen with the transition to university life.

In this Program, incoming freshmen are provided a personal mentor that will meet with them on a weekly basis during their first semester of their academic program (university). The mentors in the program are successful undergraduates prepared to engage freshmen in campus activities and refer them to resources that can help them achieve their academic and personal goals. Freshman students who participate in the program benefit heavily from having a personal connection with someone on campus who can provide extra academic and social guidance.

In simpler terms, any second, third and fourth year student will have the opportunity to help a foreigner (who is a freshmen) in their institute with his/her homework, assignments, course work etc.
